How does your pricing work?
Pricing depends on the service. Junk removal is typically quoted by truck-load volume. Trailer rentals are priced by trailer size and rental length. Are there hidden fees?
No. The price we quote is what you pay. For trailer rentals, disposal is included up to the trailer’s weight limit — we’ll tell you in advance if a load will go over and what the overage rate is.

Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Same-day service is available when our schedule allows. Call or text 515-822-6322 as early in the day as possible — we’ll do our best to fit you in.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling 2–3 days ahead when possible, especially during peak seasons like spring cleanup, post-holidays, and end-of-month moves. Same- or next-day appointments are often available, but advance scheduling guarantees your preferred time.
What happens on the day of service?
Our crew arrives in your scheduled window. We walk the project with you, confirm the scope, and provide a final price before any work starts. Then we handle the loading, hauling, and cleanup. You don’t have to lift anything.
Do I need to be home?
For most jobs, having someone on-site to confirm the scope and price is helpful. For trailer rentals and some pre-arranged cleanouts, we can drop off, pick up, and complete the job without you being home — let us know during scheduling.
What we accept (and what we don’t)
What types of items do you remove?
We handle furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, sheds, decks, and general household clutter. If you’re not sure whether we’ll take something, call before you book.
What items can’t you remove?
We can’t take hazardous waste (paint, solvents, pesticides, motor oil), asbestos, wet concrete, tires, batteries, refrigerants and pressurized cylinders (propane, helium), medical waste, flammables, or explosives. For paint and other household hazardous waste, Iowa has drop-off sites we can point you to. For asbestos, you’ll need a licensed abatement contractor.
Do you remove refrigerators and freezers?
Yes.
Do you take TVs and electronics?
Yes. We remove TVs, monitors, computers, printers, and small electronics, and route them to e-waste recycling.
Can you remove a hot tub?
Yes. We disconnect, drain, cut up if needed, and haul away hot tubs and spas — including sunken and built-in units. We also handle the decking around the spa when needed. See our light demolition page for more on hot tub removal.
Do you remove mattresses?
Yes. Old mattresses, box springs, and bed frames are routine for us.
Can you take construction debris?
Yes. Drywall, lumber, cabinets, doors, shingles, trim, and packaging from remodels and jobsites are routine for us. We handle this through both junk removal pickups and trailer rentals.

What’s the difference between junk removal and trailer rental?
With junk removal, our crew arrives, loads everything for you, and hauls it away the same day. With trailer rental, we drop a dump trailer at your property, you load it at your own pace, and we haul it away when you’re done. Junk removal is best for single-day, point-and-it’s-gone projects. Trailer rental is best for multi-day DIY projects, remodels, or contractor jobs.
Do you handle estate cleanouts?
Yes. We work with executors, Realtors, and family members on estate, probate, and eviction cleanouts. Scheduling can be adjusted around legal and move-out timelines.
Do you do storm cleanup?
Yes. We handle limb and tree removal, fence and shingle debris, and yard wreckage after wind, hail, or ice events for homes, HOAs, and businesses across the metro.
Donation & Recycling
What do you do with the items you remove?
Usable items — furniture, appliances, clothing, household goods — go to local charities and donation centers. Metal, electronics, appliances, and cardboard are sorted out and routed to recycling streams. The rest goes to proper waste facilities. Our goal is to keep as much as possible out of the landfill.
Can you take items I want to donate to a specific charity?
We can usually accommodate specific donation requests when they’re within our normal route. Mention it during scheduling and we’ll let you know.
